These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through www.pscotter.co.uk.

P Scotter Fine Art Photographer is the trading name of Paul Scotter a sole trader.

Our prints

Each P Scotter print is a genuine fine-art photographic print, professionally produced locally using archival pigment inks on textured fine-art paper. Prints are hand-signed, supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity, and carefully inspected before dispatch.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products are supplied as unframed A4 prints. Any frames shown in product images are for presentation purposes only and are not included.

Colour and tonal appearance may vary slightly between screens. Every effort is made to ensure that product photographs accurately represent the finished work.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where there is a pricing error, an issue with payment, a product is unavailable, or we cannot reasonably fulfil the order. If this happens, we will contact you promptly.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Free UK tracked delivery is included with each print unless otherwise stated.

Made-to-order production

Prints are produced to order and are not held as general stock. Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order; we aim to begin production only after the initial two-hour order window where possible.

This practical two-hour window does not affect any statutory cancellation rights that apply to online purchases.

Copyright

All photographs, images, text and content on this website remain the copyright of P Scotter Fine Art Photographer unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a print gives you ownership of that physical print only. It does not grant permission to reproduce, copy, distribute, scan, alter, resell digitally or use the image commercially without prior written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where this would be unlawful. Our liability in connection with an order is limited to the purchase price of that order, except where the law provides otherwise.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
