Returns & Refunds Policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026
We want you to be pleased with your P Scotter print. This policy explains your rights when buying online and does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelling a non-faulty order
If you buy a standard print online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, even if you have changed your mind.
To cancel, email scotterfineart@outlook.com or use the website contact form with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the print.
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide return instructions. This does not affect your legal right to cancel.
Return condition and postage
You are responsible for the cost of returning a non-faulty item.
Please package the print securely, ideally in its original protective packaging, and retain proof of postage. You may inspect the print as you would in a gallery or shop, but we may make a reasonable deduction from a refund if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it and its value has been reduced as a result.
We do not charge a restocking or handling fee for a valid cancellation.
Refunds
Once the returned print has been received, or you have supplied evidence that it has been sent back, we will issue the refund using the original payment method within 14 days.
As UK tracked delivery is included free of charge with standard print orders, there is no delivery charge to refund.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and photographs where possible.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund. We will cover reasonable return postage costs where a return is required.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
