Delivery & Dispatch Policy

UK delivery

Free UK tracked delivery is included with every print.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail using a tracked service. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Production and dispatch times

Each print is made to order, professionally produced locally, hand-signed, inspected and carefully packaged by P Scotter Fine Art Photographer.

Please allow up to 10 working days for production and dispatch. Delivery times begin after dispatch and are outside our direct control.

If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Packaging

Prints are supplied unframed and are protected using a clear cello sleeve, acid-free backing board and a rigid “Please Do Not Bend” mailer to help ensure they arrive safely.

Delivery address

Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, loss or additional costs caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was uncollected or the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage may apply.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your print arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or does not arrive within a reasonable time after dispatch, contact us as soon as possible through the website contact form or by email at scotterfineart@outlook.com.

Please include your order number and photographs of any damage where possible. This helps us resolve the issue quickly.
